It would appear as if there's a new Sunni Islamic Caliphate forming over in the Middle East.

And what's worse is the leader of the organization HTS.

That would be the de facto leader over inside of Syria right now.

Muhammad Al-Julani actually has control of chemical weapons inside of Syria.

Al Jalani was designated as a specially designated global terrorist under executive order 13-224.

Why does that matter? Well, Al-Jalani actually funded a group over inside of Syria

called the Al-Nusra Front. Now, why did he do that? Well, he got sent to Syria by a gentleman by the

name of Abu Bakar al-Baghdadi. He might sound familiar. He is the one that Trump said

died like a dog. He's the former leader of

ISIS and he got killed underneath the last Trump administration. Now, prior to founding

ISIS, Al-Baghdadi was actually leading a group called Al-Qaeda in Iraq. They were Al-Qaeda

affiliate over inside of Iraq while they became way, way too radical for al-Qaeda, and so they ended up

getting kicked out. After they ended up getting kicked out, Al-Baghdadi said that the Al-Nusra

Front and AQI were going to merge together in order to form ISIS. Now, this upset Al-Jalani,

because Al-Jalani thought that the caliphate should be focused solely over inside of Syria and shouldn't be going out internationally.

Al-Baghdadi, however, had much bigger aspirations, as we all have seen.

This prompted Al-Jalani to then gather up numerous jihadist groups over inside of Syria and form the group HTS.

Contrary to popular belief, HTS is still currently listed as a foreign terror organization.
