Per reports, at least 40 people have been killed and over 100 wounded in Russia at the Moscow's Krakas City Music Hall.

Multiple gunmen and explosions are being reported with video footage circulating on social media.

every time I refresh Twitter or wherever I'm at on social media or online I'm seeing more

and more information so there's a lot of implications on this. I know we've got some video footage. I don't know if we're ready to go to it or not yet, but what do you say?

Well, I guess let's see the video footage. All right. So what you're going to see basically is this building on fire. There's been gunmen, five gunmen wearing camouflage entered the Krakas City Hall music venue,

and the U.S. and other European nations warned of imminent terrorist attacks in Moscow about two weeks ago.
