Ian, welcome back from Spain where I have no doubt you enjoyed being in a country with a socialist government.

And it's very good of you to bother to take a small break in your holidays in order to enable us to record this week's for the many podcasts.

Well, it just shows how munificent I can be, doesn't it? How dedicated you are to the

cause. It wasn't actually the best week I had because as I, on Friday afternoon last week,

I felt a sore throat coming on and that always happens to me just before a holiday, I get ill.

So had I known what was about to come, I don't think

I'd have bothered going because on the Saturday, which is when I flew out, I felt absolutely

wretched and ended up sleeping for 16 hours, which I've never ever done before in my whole life.

And I just completely lost my appetite, still haven't got it back.

And as a consequence, I've lost half a stone in weight.

So I've reached my goal of being under 16 stone for the first time in 25 years.

You're fading away, mate.

I know.

Well, it's the new svelt look.

But it is actually, I mean, people that have noticed, because I got back today.

And that's a good thing.

Are there many shots of you?

Because I know that our more serious-minded listeners will be very concerned about whether or not there are any swimsuit shots of you available anywhere on social media

that they can pick up? Well, for the perves out there, there were a couple, but I wasn't really

very happy with them, so I didn't really put many up. And are you feeling, did you feel
