Russia is reeling after a terrorist attack killed at least 137 people near Moscow on Friday. Video footage shows gunman bursting into a concert hall, opening fire and throwing explosives

that set fire to the building complex.

ISIS claimed responsibility, saying the attack was part of their ongoing war against countries

they accused of opposing Islam.

The U.S., which earlier this month warned the public to avoid large gatherings near Moscow,

saying it expected a terrorist attack on March 7th two weeks ago, said Saturday that ISIS bears sole responsibility for Friday's attack.

Russia isn't so sure. It arrested 11 suspects and suggested they had ties to Ukraine.

Earlier on Friday, Russia unleashed its largest attack on Ukrainian infrastructure since the war began,

killing five people and knocking out power for over one million.
