I am Jim Rome. We'll forget the fourth hour is the after hour exclusive to our Rome TV channel, Adam Rank. We'll be joining me and we'll break down right then. Quick reminder too with professional great products for every industry. Granger, as you cover, you want to call her click, granger.com, and stop on by. So it's been a minute. When we had the pandemic, we stopped having guys come into the studio when we did more of that, but we kind of got away from that. But a real treat right here, I'm pumped up by this. We were joined right now by a former NFL offensive tackle. He played 12 years in the NFL. Nine for the Saints. He played three for the Dolphins, five-time Pro bowler, second team all-pro in 2018. He's got his own show. He's the host of The Set Show. He joins me right now in studio. Taran Armstead is my guest. Big dude, great to see it in our house. How you doing, man? How you living? Really well. I'm really well. How are you doing, Jam? Good. Really good to see him. I appreciate you. Now, when you and I last spoke in May, we talked about your retirement. retired, some of my old teammates, et cetera. And some of those stories, it terrified me. Not going to,

1:54.7

not going to lie. I would say my situation has been different. It's been a blessing. I've seen seamlessly retired from the

2:02.9

game. I have no desire to go back and play. I physically don't think I would be able to anyway

2:07.9

with my knee. So that may help me too because some guys want to play and they still have the

2:13.0

ability to play, but the doors are closed. I think for me it's done deal. So I'm blessed, man. I'm blessed. It's been incredible all season, following the game, doing media, staying connected to a lot of players, helping too still some coaching technique with some O-Liament for different teams. So it's been a beautiful year. Good for you, man. Toronto, Armstead joining us. Let me follow up on that one thing you said. And I really appreciate the transparency.

2:36.8

You said, I was afraid because I heard from some of other teammates. They had terrifying stories.

2:42.3

Like, without naming names, what were guys going through? Like, what were some of the things you

2:46.3

heard about that concerned you? I'll name. Drew Breeze. I've had an extensive conversation with Drew,
