Ryan let's do it let's talk about some box office stuff first why don't you

kick things off with the top ten at the box office this past weekend?

Will do and I'm gonna once I get through the 10 I'm gonna highlight a couple of things that fell just outside the top 10 but are still worth talking about so buckle up real quick folks all right at number one in what I am

classifying as the most shocking box office story of the year if not one of the most shocking in the entire time I've ever

observed this stuff.

Terrifier 3, the ultra gory unrated slasher sequel topped the box office and with the actual numbers just came in as of this

recording so it actually came in a little higher than estimates with 18.9 million

dollars domestically on just 2,514 screens, which gave it a stellar per screen average

north of $7,500. This was just wildly unexpected.

So yeah, wild wild stuff.

Number two was the wild robot holding on to the number two spot for another weekend with 13.4 million dollars in its third week

dropping just 29% stellar holds for that one a sequel has already been announced with

good reason number three holding on to the number three spot again and

its six weekend is beetle juice beetle juice with another 7.3 million dollars
