Jeremy here from Sick Boy Podcast of the Antica Podcast Network. And before we

throw it to this week's episode, I just wanted to take a moment to announce how flippin' excited

we are that next week is our 100th episode. Now, we've kind of, you know, we've been

talking about it for a number of weeks. Are we going to do something interesting or something new

or something fun for the 100th episode, something special? But I think we're just going to,

we're just going to throw it out there as an episode like it

normally would be. We might have a little preamble, you know, before we throw it to the conversation,

but the conversation that we are going to have next week is, uh, it's a pretty special one. And it,

it, it, it, in its own right is kind of unique for sick boy. We, we, we dive into some territory that,

uh, we definitely have never, never gone before. So I'm really excited for all of you to hear it. But before we get to

that 100th episode, I would like to ask all of you a favor. If you were listening to this today,

whether you've been listening to us from day one

or this is the very first time you've listened, I would ask that at some point throughout the
