In case you all missed the announcement

on Monday's show, Michael has stepped down as a regular host of the show. Basically in a nutshell,

he's just in a season of life that's brought some hardship. So he's reorienting some things in

life, which we completely understand. But I do want to say once again, just a huge thank you to

Michael and everything

that he's done for us over the last year and a half. He is an absolutely incredible friend of ours.

He's one of the easiest people to get along with and to have fun with. If you want to hear
