We're in the throes of the World Series of Poker, Terrence.

You and I were down in Vegas for an event or two, and we are now have returned through

all the red tape and testing and all the different things that we had to do to come back to Canada.

But we're back and we're ready to do a podcast and talk about some of the stuff that's going

on in the World Series.

But let's kick it off, Terrence, with a pretty deep run by you in the $10,000 buy and limit hold them.

Obviously, this is the event you circle every year on the World Series schedule, try and play in every year, try and get down for.

That's your long history with Lim and Holden.

And this year, no different.

I think there was close to 100 hundred runners 96 i want to say

and uh you went deep you got to the final table i think five or six handed you might have been

the chip leader at one point um but end up busting out and forth because limit hold them um but

uh let's use this podcast right here a little bit cathartically you and i haven't talked about

your run on purpose we generally don't try and talk about poker stuff before we do a podcast so

i want to hear your take on your deep run almost getting that monkey off your back and taking

down a bracelet yeah well you know i i figured that i was you're right i was chip leader i think

six-handed and um I've decided to burn

the place down um no we'll get to that a little later we me and me and me and philly there

finished both in fourth place and I was pretty choked up about it too yeah so um yeah obviously uh yeah

we were we were in Vegas had a lot of fun and uh you're right, 10K limit hold them is something that I'm always going to play if I'm in town. I didn't know if I was going to make it this year. I got convinced, you know, by my baby mama, I should get down there and get to it. It felt a little weird, to be honest. I mean, I'm sure it did for you, too, just going down to Vegas and playing the World Series of poker and kind of as if nothing was going

on other than that people are wearing masks. It still kind of feels like the World Series, but it
