Hi, this is Richard Jacobs with Future Tech Podcast. I'm talking today with Ernie Simpson from Terra Cycle.com, T-E-R-R-A-C-C-C-L-E-com. Ernie how you doing?

I'm doing well. How are you?

Good, thanks so much for coming on. I've learned a bit about Terra Cycle throughout the years

and I'm really excited to talk to you. We're excited to talk to you as well. So for folks that don't know anything about it, can you go over what Terra Cycle does?

Okay, so Terra Cycle is a company that recycles materials that are considered non-recyclable.

So as you know the materials, plastic materials are put in one of seven categories with

number seven being the category that was considered non-recyclable.

Well, Terracycle has made a real profession of being able to recycle the number seven type plastics and which is what we do as

you know part of our day-to-day work.

So what are some examples of the different types?

Let's start with number sevens.

What are they and what are they and what how are they used?

Okay, the number sevens are materials that are made of multi layer constructed films.

In other words, juice pouches, candy wrappers, you know, tires, baby diapers, cigarette filters, chewing gum.

Those are all number seven materials and we specialize in recycling these materials.

So all these down... recycling these materials.
