we first got here, we had a lot of foundational things to do to get us to this point. And for

me, it starts with the locker room and the culture. And, you know, what I've seen the

last couple of years from the team, they bought into it. I see the player driven culture being

established the way it needs to be. And so it's time for our program to take the next step,
