the state of New York versus Donald Trump. The trial now contending with a

tactic Trump and his allies have deployed over and over and over again, really ever since prosecutors began to investigate Donald Trump.

That is through relentless unceasing attacks, delegitimizing the justice system, finding any reason, however remote, or even totally

disconnected from the issue at hand or fabricated, using anything to claim that somehow the system is rigged against him.

Right at this start of today's proceedings a juror was dismissed after she raised

concerns about her identity being revealed.

And we see news reports this.

She said that friends and family have already inquired about whether she is a juror.

The juror added that given these outside influences, she was concerned about her ability

to be fair and impartial.

All this is happening a little more than 12 hours after Fox News went through the details of the seven-seated jurors.
