Caroline Forin. A few months ago, I had the pleasure of being a guest on a super successful Irish

podcast called Talking Bullocks. And I shared my story of anxiety, while one of the two hosts,

his name is Terence Power, nodded along in agreement to such an extent

that I just knew we would have to have our own chat over here to hear more about his experience

of anxiety. On this episode, Terence tells me his story from growing up in an underprivileged

and often violent environment ravaged by drugs and alcohol abuse to coming out the other side

and being the inspiration

and the success that he is today and the crippling anxiety that underpinned his experience

at every turn. I so appreciate his vulnerability. He is a powerful storyteller and we managed to have

such a laugh as well despite the context of our conversation and I hope you get something from

Nervous, yeah. I always think about this. I've done a couple of podcasts and I'm always like, how nervous, is it? But when someone's on my podcast, not one bit nervous, like. What are you afraid of?
