podcast I mean I've done plugs but I've never just like hit it you know like there's the pitch.

The pitch is that you can enjoy your money more the pitch is that you will stress

less lest lest will stress less, less, you stress less, that you will stress less.

The pitch is that you will stop second guessing, even those tiny, quote un unquote inconsequential purchases and that you will start enjoying those larger more consequential purposes

What a pitch it is you just got to follow these four rules and I think it's worth doing I'll say this

money invades every aspect of your life. It has tentacles and those tentacles reach far,

wide and deep. They kind of get into relationships,

whether it's you with your parents, you with siblings,

you with kids, you with a partner or spouse.

They get into employment in a big way, literally how you go about your job. Are you stressed about

money? That will affect how you perform. Are you kind of living paycheck to

paycheck? That's going to affect your sleep and that will affect how you perform. Oh, I didn't really say it directly, but money affects your health.

And I don't mean can you afford to go to the doctor? I mean it stresses you out and stress kills you.

We know that stress is actually the number one killer because it kind of everything traces back to stress.
