Summary

The Tennessee Titans hired Robert Saleh and with his new defense coming in, a player like T'Vondre Sweat simply doesn't fit. Not only does Sweat not fit, but the truth is Sweat has not been worth the 38th pick in the NFL Draft as his ability as a pass rusher hasn't shown enough in his first two seasons. Sweat was already on the trade back last year and this offseason is the perfect time to deal him. The Titans also need to focus on having bigger edges in Saleh's four-man fronts. That means certain draft prospects like David Bailey aren't as clean of a fit as some think. At linebacker, the Titans will need speed and downhill attacking which means Cody Barton also doesn't fit the new plan. In the secondary, the focus must be on longer cornerbacks and versatile safeties as the Titans head into the major acquisition period of the offseason.
