OFFSEASON ROAD MAP WEEK DAY 3: The Tennessee Titans will need to be active, but measured in free agency this year. They have holes to fill, but should not commit long-term money to just anyone. Trey Smith, Kansas City Chiefs guard, is not just anyone. The Titans need to bring the pro bowl guard back home to Tennessee. At quarterback, the Titans need to grab Derek Carr for the short-term winning need, but also add a young backup to develop. Finally, there are plenty of other value options that Titans need at positions like wide receiver, edge and linebacker. Tyler looks to fill them all in today's mock free agency.
