Summary

The Tennessee Titans made no moves on trade deadline day leaving Titans fans frustrated, but even though the Titans didn't make any exciting trades, they made two "deadline deals" when they traded Dre'Mont Jones and Roger McCreary. The Jones trade specifically was excellent and now that we know the final conditions, it looks even better. A lot of players who weren't traded remain as well like Calvin Ridley, Tony Pollard and Chig Okonkwo and it should be no shock that they are players who are part of helping Cam Ward. Finally, the New York Jets made a few big-time moves and even though the Titans weren't involved, the Jets activity is great news for them as the Jets are one of the most likely teams to move up for a quarterback in the 2026 NFL Draft.
