| 0:53.8 | In fact, I think it's getting worse. It's getting harder and harder to do. It's seven to ten. It's rough, man. But, you know, I try to keep in mind that other people actually work. You know, they have real jobs where they got to be there at 7 a.m. Like, you know, dealing with the plumbing issues and whatnot. So I try to, you know, not complain too much. It is true, though. I mean, your circadian rhythm is what it is. There's a lot of science that, like, you can't really change that. Like, you can change your lifestyle and be, like, wake up at that time. That doesn't mean your body is going to feel refreshed at that time, no how often because i'm like you i'm naturally a night owl and i'm very envious of my father who just naturally wakes up at 5 a m and just is like ready to attack the day and doesn't like just has all the juice in the world first thing in the morning and i'm like that's just so because that's how the world's set up, right? Like, those people, if you're a natural early riser, the world's your oyster. |
| 1:46.4 | For all of us else who are like 1.30 a.m. We're just like, hey, let's go check in. What does Washington State's record in 1998? And that's just, that's, I didn't try to be like that. It's like the whole I was born this way. I was born this way. You were born this way, |
| 2:02.1 | Cody, where we're just natural night owls, man. I didn't try to be like that. It's like the whole, I was born this way. I was born this way. |
| 2:01.3 | You were born this way, Cody, where we're just natural night owls, man. And it just like, I can get up early, but I'm never like you. I'm never going to feel refreshed. I'm never going to feel good. Even if I get like eight hours and I go to bed early. It doesn't matter. Yeah. And like I've always romanticized the idea of getting up early, being a morning person. |
| 2:19.4 | And it sounds good when you're a matter. Yeah, like I've always romanticized the idea of getting up early, being a morning person. |
| 2:19.4 | And it sounds good when you're imagining yourself like on a back deck with the birds chirping and a nice cup of coffee. |
| 2:26.9 | And it's very relaxing. |
| 2:28.7 | But when you got to wake up at 7 a.m. to go yell at another guy on the radio back and forth. That's not as fun as just sitting |
| 2:36.8 | there, you know, watching the sun come up and enjoying the morning. You got to be locked in and |
