Joining me from Omaha Productions and Rocky Top Insider. It's Jumpin, Jack Foster. Jack, good afternoon, sir. How are you? I'm doing well. Why jumping? Why is that the... I don't know. It's fun. Like, you're wrestling guy, and I could see Jumpin Jack Foster being like a per wrestler. Yeah, okay. Jumping Jack. Jumping Jack. Yeah, that's not bad. Really, and I've always been a pretty energetic person. Like, so. I think you're about to say, I've always been a big jumping jack guy. Like, that's bad. Like, I spurned cardio for jumping jacks. That's more of my jam. I remember one time when I was in high school, this is not a long story, so I won't keep

anybody. But I was just being, I don't know, my dad and I were like going back and forth. We don't, we weren't arguing. We're just making fun of each other probably. And I remember telling him I could do more jumping jacks than him. And he was like, no, you can't. So we each did jumping jacks. never stopped first lost.

And I actually lost after like 100, And he was like, no, you can't. So we each did jumping jacks, and whoever stopped first lost.

And but he was just more determined to win.

And he could not walk the next day.

So I won in the end, but I guess he won the little contest. I can't tell you the last time I played, or last time I did a jumping jack. It's out of the, it's out of the rotation. There's no reason to do it. Jumping jacks is also just one of the most awkward looking things you can do as a human. Like it just, can you imagine the first person who was like, you know, I think about that a lot with just all the different things. The first person was like, what if we did this? Like, you're just up and then you just keep going. And that's your workout. It looks weird. Like there's nothing weird looking than a jumping jack out in the wild,

especially an adult. Like there's something about it being like something they do in grade

school in gym class to like warm up or playing some dodge ball or something. Or that really
