against the NCAA. And this is stemming from the NCAA's investigation into Tennessee.

But again, we'll see if other states joined because there was a case similar to this that involved

the transfer rules a month ago. And there were seven states, and I believe the U.S. Justice Department shined in on it as well.

But right now, basically what's happened is they've sued saying that the rules against talking about NIL deals with recruits violate the Sherman Antitrust Act.
