Hi, my wonderful friends. Oh my goodness, how I wish a lot of you could be here.

It would be so fun to share in fellowship together.

These three weeks of adventure have turned out to be quite a soul-filling for me.

The getting to cultivate new friends and listen to their hearts, having time to listen to their hearts,

their needs, their dreams, enjoying a like-minded community, and having time to listen to me as well.

I realized in the midst of our week that I needed more downtime with friends.

It's a sort of a healing to our hearts to be listened to and understood.

But one of the funest times I had was taking a French cooking class and creating the delicacies with my friends.

Here I'm taking my turn at whipping egg whites until they were so hard they stood up at attention.

We were creating new recipes like this.

This was a jiramisu, and then we also made asparagus risotto

that gave each of a scope for how did the pros do it,

and also to know how to add recipes to our lives.

I would love to know this week just how many of you have a special recipe that you think

would be worth sharing that we can learn from. And I just need a little bit more creativity

to add to my life right now and cooking for all the people that have been coming in and out of my doors.

But I will be gone for one more week and I will keep trying to make at least a little short podcast to tell you where I've been.
