0:00.0	Ladies and gentlemen, I just got back from four schools following Charlie's assassination.
0:11.0	We went to Western Carolina University and three schools down in Louisiana slash Texas last week.
0:19.5	Those schools were scheduled before the tragedy of September 10th. And we originally
0:27.1	thought, can we even go through with this? But we knew Charlie would want us to do it. So we got
0:32.3	security and we went through the schedule just as planned.
0:38.4	And thanks to the new security team.
0:40.9	And let me also give a shout out to the folks at each of these schools,
0:45.1	particularly the folks down in Louisiana and Texas.
0:49.0	The patriots who are part of law enforcement took that very seriously.
0:53.6	They said, if there's going to be violence
0:55.8	on campus, it's not going to be on our watch. They actually had SWAT teams. I mean, it was
1:01.3	more than necessary. They had sniper teams. They had Texas Rangers. We had the sheriff of Orange County, Texas show up, a great gentleman by the name
1:15.1	of Bobby Smith, who was a Texas Ranger. We've had the chief of police show up in Orange, Texas.
1:22.0	We had officers and all sorts of security everywhere because they knew what had just happened and they
1:31.0	wanted to make sure none of that happened again. So I appreciate all they did. I also want to
1:37.5	point out that if you think about this, ladies and gentlemen, law enforcement is the ground of any
1:42.6	civilization. If you don't have law and order,
1:45.7	you don't have an economy, you have anarchy, which means you don't have the kind of comforts
1:51.4	that we have here, even the ability to make a living. Without law enforcement, nothing else
1:57.3	happens. In fact, one guy in our security team has done some recent rescue work in Haiti.
2:02.5	They don't have law enforcement. They have gangs. The economy is at a standstill.
2:08.0	You can't, you can't, you don't have basic freedoms in Haiti. Imagine that here in the United
