Matt, before we bring Tyler on and talk Titans and talk about that Ravens matchup Saturday

night, Matt Ruhle was officially introduced at a press conference for the Carolina Panthers.

And the number one thing that jumped out to me was he was just straight up motivational speaker.

I can see why he would be somebody who's very good in interviews.

And if I just turned this on and was flipping channels and caught it halfway through,

I would have almost thought I was watching a sermon.

He almost sounded like a preacher like at times.

And he had his congregation ready to pass around the collection plate.

Everyone was very tuned in and believing every word the Matt Rule was saying in that introductory presser.

Yeah, I'm going to have to go watch it.

I'm glad you brought it up.

I'm glad you saw it because that's his reputation.

I mean, is that this is a very charismatic, smart guy with a plan, well-spoken,

should handle the media really well, should be able to delegate

throughout the organization, isn't going to put everything on his shoulders.
