It is strange

how sweet and precious it is to preach directly about Christ

compared with all other subjects of preaching.

He was speaking about communion with Christ when he said to his people,

unfathomable oceans of grace are in Christ for you.

Dive and dive again, and you will never come to the bottom of these depths. So the key to

his power in preaching it seems to me was his personal holiness.

She just saw a man who was radiant from the mountain

and his communion with Christ, where he was falling deeper and deeper in love with the Jesus who

died for him.
