Summary

This week, I decided to answer 10 listener questions, sort of an enlarged fly box section. As a special bonus, I have three great suggestions from other listeners that I know you’ll benefit from. I won’t spoil all the surprises, but we talk about fly lines sinking, leaders twisting, fish getting away, fish getting hooked in the belly by mistake, and fish refusing flies. I won’t even come close to answering all these questions but I can at least give you some ideas to think about.

0:39.1	So this week I thought we've gotten so many good questions from listeners lately that I
0:47.1	decided to take up the whole podcast with just answering questions from
0:52.1	listeners I think that there are a lot of universal questions here and a lot of things that you'll probably be interested in hearing about.

1:24.0	You know, Ben, I was just out in Salt Lake City and we were out there for the Outdoor
1:29.4	Retailer Show and I just have to tell you guys I had some of the nicest fishing fly fishing trout fishing I've ever had
1:37.4	We went out with the guides from Falcon's ledge lodge a bunch of us from orv. We worked hard on the show for four days and then we
1:46.0	wanted to go out and have some fun and kick up our heels. So the way we kick up our
1:50.3	heels is to go fly fishing instead of hanging around in bars.
1:55.3	So we want to fly fishing with the guys from Felkins' ledge and spent a morning fishing a small
2:01.7	mountain stream, beautiful little mountain stream for
2:04.0	Brook Trout, Brooks, Browns, and Cutthroats.
2:08.0	A couple of us got a Grand Slam, which is all four of those, and then I think one or two guys got a Super Slam, which is all four of those and I think one or two guys got a super slam which is
2:14.4	those four species plus a cutthroat rainbow hybrid and they were a huge
2:19.9	fish although Sean Brilliant, our fly product developer, fly and
2:27.7	gadget product developer got a 17 inch brook trout, which is a huge
