Welcome to our Wednesday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today, I'm continuing to teach through a series I've entitled 10 Godly Leadership Essentials.

And I've written this little book that will summarize it, and this is my free gift to you.

What I've been talking about is that really leadership is nothing but just following Jesus.

Paul said in 1 Corinthians 11, verse 1, it says, be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.

And so, really, the best followers of Jesus make the best Godly leaders.

There's a difference between the way that leadership is taught in the world and the way that God wants to do it.

And so, I've laid a foundation that really all leadership just comes out of relationship with God.

Let me rephrase that, all Godly leadership comes out of relationship with God.

And if you are really pursuing God with your whole heart, well, then it will just work certain things in you that will make you a leader.

You know, that's my testimony. I haven't pursued leadership, I've pursued God, and God has put me in a position of leadership.

So, the very first thing, I've got 10 Godly essentials for leadership, and the first thing is relationship with God.

And we could spend, really, everything I'm going to teach just really comes out of that relationship with God.

The second thing in this list that I'm using is humility.
