Today is the end of my second week teaching on 10 Godly Leadership Essentials.

I wrote this little booklet about this, and this is only a 55-page booklet,

but we are giving this away as our free gift to you, and I really encourage you to get this.

This is powerful.

The things that I'm saying, I've never heard anybody teach on leadership from the perspective that I'm doing.

It's really just all a result of personal relationship with God.

And if you try and take these 10 elements I'm talking about and just do it mechanically without having a personal relationship with God,

it's not going to work, and I think this is where so many people are missing it.

So this is our free gift to you, and then I've taught this same subject at one of our conferences,

and you can get a USB that has the audio and video on it, or you can just get CDs with audio, you can get DVDs with the video,

or you can get a DVD that is actually our television program, the teaching taken directly from that.

So I've already talked about that really everything revolves around personal relationship with God,

and everything that I'm talking about, every single of these elements that I'm talking about are actually dependent upon a vibrant relationship with God.

Sometimes you'll hear people talk about these different elements that I'm dealing with, but they do it in a way it's just mechanical,

and so you just establish a vision, you start doing these things.

But if you have a poor relationship with God, it's not going to work the way that it should.

I believe that everything I'm talking about is really dependent upon you knowing God in a close, intimate, personal way.
