0:41.0	You know, until just two years ago, I had never been to any leadership conference.

0:53.0	And yet, I'm in a position where right now we have 1100 employees worldwide.
1:00.0	We have, I don't know, 9 or 10,000 people that are in our schools.
1:05.0	And we broadcast all around the world.
1:08.0	This program is translated into nine different languages.
1:12.0	I have my books translated into, I forget the exact number, but it's around 50 different languages.
1:18.0	We put out over two and a half million books around the world.
1:23.0	I think I could say that I am a leader.
1:26.0	I'm not claiming to be more than I am.
1:30.0	I know that there's many people that God is using, but God has put me in a position of leadership.
