So let us begin by welcoming you to our rosary meditation.

We begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Amen.

Now before we start, I want to invite everyone to come out next Monday, November 2nd,

the night before the election, for a candlelight

rosary procession in which we'll pray for the election, but even more we will pray for our

country to marry Queen of Peace, and we will meet at Fiorella's Events Center at 137th and

Antioch in Overland Park, Kansas, at 7 p.m. Sharp to pray for our country.

So invite family and friends for this beautiful evening. There is nothing better that we could do for our country than to turn to our lady in the rosary.

So let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the

Holy Spirit. Let's call the mind all those we've promised to pray for. I want to especially pray

for Olivia Caneli that she be healed of her cluster seizures. She has lost the ability to walk recently.

And we are interceding, praying to our lady and to Pauline

Jericho for her healing, as well as for an upcoming surgery that Dennis Copeland will be going through,

and for the repose of the soul of the mother of Sister Laurie and Sister Tiziana of the Apostles of the

interior life. So we will now pause for a moment you can call to mind your own petitions.

And I would like to also offer this rosary for Julie, who is in the hospital on a ventilator with COVID.

Our first meditation.

Tonight, or today we're meditating on the temptations of Jesus in the desert, which also

unveil our own temptations and the key strategy to overcome all of our temptations.

The first temptation is to get our priorities, our loves, out of order.
