So these are on video in live from wherever you are in the world. And it's an opportunity for to get your questions answered to be

able to give you the strategies and to give you the one to one attention in this group where there's

one to one processes in the program as well but um it's a it's one of those things that we do four

times per per month and myself and my father takes these calls.

You'll actually be hearing a lot more from him,

hopefully in the near future.

breaking down things.

The first one will be about himself,

just so you get a good understanding

and who he is, where he's heading,

and how he actually helped me

to become the person I am today

in terms of this journey of mine, of having let go of my issues was a great, great thing because

of he put me on my path. So in this episode, he's not in it, but you will be able to hear

from him in the future. He just takes the group coaching calls too in our program.

But I wanted to give you an insight on one of these.

This was actually on the 2nd of March.

So since then, we've done a lot more, right, four times per month,

so we can make sure we can support everyone in the program,

answer questions. And although this is a video call, and I am actually doing diagrams on my whiteboard on one of my programs that I use, it still should make total sense. It's got a couple
