1:16.1	company assisted move. So we're doing this on our own and it is for work. And in
1:23.6	the current market in this current environment, not really sure what the
1:28.4	feds are going to do with the rates. On the selling end, we're wondering as
1:33.9	we're playing out different scenarios. If we get to a point where it's offering
1:41.1	owner financing on the selling side is a good idea and just wanted to get your
1:46.6	opinion and you'll take on it. Not a good idea.
1:52.0	Okay. Yeah, let's talk about why. All right. Number one, you need to get a good
1:57.8	real estate agent and I don't think you have yet. Have you? Okay. Have you? We're
2:05.4	we are working with one. Okay. All right. Are they suggested this? I know this
2:12.3	was again playing out. Is a home paid for it? It is not. Would you still have a
2:20.3	mortgage? Okay. How much is the balance on the mortgage? Three hundred
2:27.4	thousand just under. Well, you don't even have the option. You can't owner
2:31.2	finance it. Do you have more money sitting around somewhere else?
