special little request today. The season of parental honoring is upon us. It is almost Mother's Day. Father's Day is a month away.

So I have been thinking a lot about my parents. I am a parent. I have parents obviously, and over the last few years I've been traveling more with both, with my kids, with my parents, often together, multi-generational travel. You know, it's not always easy. It has its own pitfalls and problems, but

it also feels really meaningful and valuable. And the trips my parents took me on as a kid, the road trips to these weird attractions in the Midwest or up north to Canada,

it really shaped the way I thought about travel.

When I was 13 or 14, my parents took me to Niagara Falls,

classic road trip, and it was the 1996 Olympics that year.

And so we pretended every single thing was an Olympic event.

Setting up the tent as fast as possible, that was an Olympic event.

Or we imagine doing high dives over Niagara Falls, and that was an Olympic event.

And it left a huge impression on me.

And then this year, I went back with my own kids and my parents, and it was great. My kids kind of were like not that impressed by

Niagara Falls what I'm what are you gonna do but but it was just it was really

sweet to be there again with my parents and my own kids. And so all of that is a long and
