You know, it's pretty easy when you see your teenager make a decision you don't agree with

to want to bail them out.

I mean, it's going to save you a lot of pain and anguish because you know where this is going. But one of the best things you can do is to not bail them out and to let them suffer the consequences. I'm John Fuller with our vice president of parenting, Dr. Danny Werta. And Danny, I'm sure you didn't ever have this, but have you known somebody who was tempted to bail out a child, but just, yeah, I didn't.

Man, all the time, I, it's hard to see our kids make, make a decision, and, and you, you just want to correct it and move on.

I remember one, this is, we've talked about this one before, John.

My son was trying to show off and

backed the he had a mowing business and had had this young woman and my daughter helping him out

mowing and he just wanted to show off so he backed up the car and backed into a dumpster a metal metal dumpster, and just crunch the light in the back,

uh, in the rear area in the rear bumper. And, uh, I asked them afterwards, did you, I mean,

it was a giant dumpster there on our driveway. How'd you miss it? He goes, dad, I was, I was,

I was a guy, I guess I was kind of trying to show off.

Kind of. He said, I don't know what happened. It was a great learning moment for him. And the

temptation is to bail him out. I mean, that's a lot of lawns to mow. Yeah. To pay that back. It's a lot of
