One of our good friends online reached out and was like, hey man, did you know that your podcasts are doubling up audio and they're like three hours long

and i was like what the only the real bummer about that besides that it fucked up all those past

podcasts was that nobody reached out and told me like i've been doing all these podcasts and uh they're like nine hours

long I'm like doing Rogans but not really Rogans because instead of a three hour podcast

it's like two and a half one hour podcast because I'm just I guess it's just repeating, but welcome.

I'm getting it fixed today.
