What's going on everybody?

Welcome to another episode of tell me something good. I am your host Josh Wolf. I cannot tell you how excited I am to do this particular episode of this show.

If you hear my voice you probably hear it sounds a little different. Not as scratchy, not as weak,

whatever, whatever.

I have to tell you right now, and I was having a hard time admitting this or even or even coming to terms with it or you know making excuses for whatever it was but I am you know I haven't felt well

on about four months three months four months and it really came to a head, you know, right the Sunday before Thanksgiving.

And so let me, I'm going to get into that in a second, but first let me just say, hey, first of all, hey everybody, if you like this podcast,
