What's going on everybody?

Happy to be back for another.

Well, I guess we're calling it tell me something good.

I have recorded this second podcast now this

will be the third time.

I recorded two, I'm back toto-back days when I was a little raw and a little bummed, you know, and I'm glad I did not release those

But I'm glad I did them because they were very therapeutic and very cathartic

You know I had a, I got down man, a couple of days there,

I got down obviously.
