I look back at the most prolific stories of the week.

This is Hidden Killers with Tony Brewski.

If we took the crookedness of the cops out of all of this,

and let's just say they're good,

and obviously we didn't have a great batch here,

if you got his hair his hair on the tail light

you have pieces of the tail light there and it shows that tail light was in fact there um that

if his hair is on the damn back of the car that really kind of shows that she hit him accidentally and embedded in his clothes.

If you go on the conspiracy route, you can go every which way with it.

Let's say the cops aren't crooked in this.

Is that not enough to prove?

I mean, you got his DNA on the back of the freaking car.

I mean, in terms of like... And they can prove the timeline of the taillight pieces now, too. I mean, DNA can only be a piece of the puzzle. Like, like, we have grown accustomed as a country because of our love of all things, you know, NCS and law and order and all that shit.

And we all think that DNA, like, it can only be a piece of the puzzle short of crimes such as, you know, aggravated sexual assault where, you know, semen's been left inside of a victim.

That's pretty clear cut.

But in terms of anything that could be construed is

touch DNA, you have to be very careful with it. I mean, John lived with her. She lived with

John, rather. They use that car all the time. He touched that car all the time. You know,

it's getting harder and harder, I think, in my opinion, for a jury to go down the road of the house and the attack and all of that.

And the thing is, there's a world that exists, the one I think we live in where the house doesn't even have to be part of this.
