Summary

OUTLORE ARCHIVES: West Virginia, 2012.

When 16 year old Skylar Neese vanished overnight, her closest friends and family were worried sick at the thought of what could’ve happened to her. At first Police labelled her a runaway, but she had no reason to run away. Skylar loved her parents, she loved her friends. Especially her 2 closest ones: Shelia Eddy and Rachel Shoaf.

Coincidentally, Shelia and Rachel had been the last people to see Skylar before she went missing…and though they’d been extremely helpful during the initial investigation, things would start to change, one of them would start to crack.
