Now, you guys, as you can tell by the title of today's episode, today we are talking about the brutal murder of Ashley Smiley.

This case has become particularly popular in the media for a multitude of reasons and

the trial has recently come to an end just within this past month.

So I'm very curious to hear your thoughts about it today and without giving anything away in the beginning, let's jump right on into it.

Ashley Smiley was born on April 11th, 1983 in Stuart, Florida to her parents, Robert and Vicky.

She grew up with her sister Amber and lived in Florida

throughout the majority of her life.

Living in Florida, it was no surprise that some of Ashley's favorite activities included spending time on the beach and taking trips to Disney World with her family.

Ashley was incredibly smart, she was said to have been particularly passionate about anything related to mathematics, technology, or the arts.
