How does a teen boy, a homebody who loves his dog, end up face down in a field dead by

drowning? Well, this young boy's family says this was no accident. We want justice.

Kowambhavi Charles had just moved from Young's Villa, Louisiana to Baldwin to live with his father.

He had just started a new school. His family says he was a quiet 15-year-old and slender.

He stood five feet seven inches tall and weighed just 112 pounds. A local newspaper reports Charles'

dad is saying the teen had recently saved his allowance to buy a computer and he got a dog that he loved.

He named the dog My Baby. On October 30th, Roxanne Nelson noticed her son was missing around 3pm and began calling around to find him.

Soon after Nelson and Bobby Charles' father called 911.

And this young boy had just turned 15. He was just a little over 14 years old. That's one year older than my twins.
