The second and third rounds of the NFL drafter in the books and we're here to tell you what

the Bengals have done. Joe and I both nailed. My official mock draft nailed the third round pick,

but we were both wrong about the second round target. We're not upset about either the pick,

and so far generally pleased with the draft.

So that is where we'll start today. And then we'll set the table for day three of the draft.

Still plenty of very good players to be picked. And we will get into that for the third segment of

the show. But first, we'll talk about the Bengals picks in the second and third round,

who they passed up on

and why the guys they picked might make sense for their future. Joe rumor has it that the Bengals

were considering Denzel Mims and T. Higgins at the top of the second round before ultimately

deciding on the Clemson wide receiver. A guy that before the draft process really started was by many considered to be a future

first rounder ends up at the top of the second round, has drawn comparisons to A.J. Green

was very excited during his press conference because, as he told the media, the Bengals are

his favorite team and A.J. Green is his favorite player. Now he gets to play for his favorite team and learn from his favorite player.

I don't think wide receiver pick was a surprise at all.

I think a lot of people were on the Denzel Mims hype train.
