Can you believe it?

I can't believe it either.

The 7th of February.

It only seems like, you know, literally weeks ago that we were doing Christmas, which went by ever so fast.

Now we've got this.

Then, of course, the one thing that we all panic over are the audience figures. Because commercial radio stations and the BBC as well work on audience figures. They never used to. I'm old enough to remember that we never bothered about it. There was no competition. There was no other commercial radio station

apart from LBC. We were the first commercial radio station. There's a few others that came online

after that. Capital, I think, came on a few days later. But you never worried about the audience.

I've had to be honest with you, I never even knew what an audience was until we opened up the phone

lines one morning and the thing just went andshu and lit it and i remember thinking

good lord there's people out there very surprising so here we are in the year 2020 we've just had our

latest set of audience figures and i'm delighted to tell you that we're up again up again not only

as a as a station but my early breakfast programme is now dragging in, dragging,
