Teddy Malin Camp here, you may know me from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills or

everybody's favorite accountability coach at all in. But you know, one of my favorite things to do

is to tell myself I'm gonna go to sleep and then go on to Instagram or a website and click on

that link and say I'm just gonna do a little research and then I find myself 45 minutes later,

not knowing my name, not knowing what I've been looking at, but somehow I feel like I've really

grown and it's not until my husband gives me the stink eye like turn the blue light off of your phone

that I finally get out of the rabbit hole. So I'd like to invite you all to go down many many rabbit holes

with me on lots of different topics. It's endless. You know, you've seen your best friends,

boyfriends, brothers, sisters, dog before, been on his page, you liked it and then realized why am I

following this dog? I don't like dogs. Yeah, me too. Some people get help, some people just talk
