Lord Captain's Log.

After dispatching the lesser tyranids infesting the mansion of Captain Carter Tinius,

myself as well as my retinue, Halt Hell Selva, Jerichus, and Gorug Nazgob

all signed and sealed the deed of ownership to to a Gothic class cruiser dubbed the Fool's

gelt. The ship's reputation preceded it with tales of abhumans and woe betiding her

past captains, a rumor I'd given no reason to cast doubt on after seeing the heretical scrollings

lining Carta Tinius' abode.

After receiving our signal, the fool's guilt sent an away team led by yeoman Rowley Rivers

to retrieve us and ferry us off planet.

Our arrival was heralded with a parade, a common enough occurrence when a ship gains

a new, Lord Captain. We eventually made our way to the bridge, where we met First Officer

Barnabas Buchanan. I relieved him of his duty as acting captain just in time for High Fleet

Abyss to rear its ugly head.

Despite our relative unfamiliarity with each other, my new crew and I were able to repel the

hive ships and must now tend to the task of exterminating the remaining insects aboard the vessel.

A thrilling enough start to such a large operation.

And with that, we now jump back into our story.

By the way, this is meant to be a compliment. You were like one or two
