TechFAN 4077. This is going to be a solo show. Unfortunately, Tim took some time off last week to finish off at Max Stock and head home and that sort of thing and that meant he had to work on our normal recording day Friday and I was unavailable on Sunday which is our backup

day so instead of that I thought that I would record a solo show and hopefully we'll be

back to normal next week with our regular scheduled programming. I'm just like husky my voice

today, not sure quite what that is still battling the jet lag a little bit to be honest.

It's now Monday which is just a week after max stop finish.

But I stayed on for a couple of days with my son in Chicago.

So we actually arrived back very late on Wednesday afternoon last week.

And yeah, we were both pretty tired.

Not really able to sleep well on the plane the way

overnight on Wednesday night. Sorry, Tuesday night. And then we had a lot waiting around

the airport Wednesday before we could get our connecting flight home. So we are still pretty tired.

And yeah, I'm still struggling to get up in the morning. Hopefully I'll be over it before I head off to San Francisco which I'm doing in a

couple of weeks time and then I'll probably be in the same position again but

hey-ho it is what it is. I shouldn't be minding about a trip to San Francisco

especially his work is picking up the tab for that one.

Had a good time in Chicago though.

As I said, we spent a couple of days in the city after Max Stock had finished.

So, you know, Alexander, I did the usual tourist things, deep pan pizza, river tour, looking

in the buildings, you know, did a bit of shopping, that sort of thing.

One thing I did get to try which was pretty fun was the Amazon Go store, which they have in the Central Chicago.

And this is, if you've not heard of it for, Amazon Go is these convenience stores where you use an app tied to your Amazon account and you basically swipe that when you go in

through the gate at the beginning of the store and then they have cameras on all the shelves
