Hello. How are you? I am good. I am good. It's foggy.

Is it a sleepy Sunday morning where you are? It is. It's 7 o'clock in the morning here. Everyone else is still sleeping. I am, of course, I've been up since five.

Pretty common time for me to wake up, to be honest.

That's not early for me.

That's normal time.

That's crazy for me.

Is it?

Yeah, I like sleeping.

I like sleeping too, but my body at around 5 o'clock in the morning says,

yeah, get your butt up, time to get going,

you got things to do, even if I have nothing to do.

So this week I've been aware in a train course, so I've had to get up.

I was local to everything so I could get up about 7 and kind of hit everything 7.30.

But we would start studying at 8 o'clock,

and we would go pretty much straight through with an hour for lunch

till 7 in the evening.

And that was tough.

That made me tired.

Yeah, well, isn't it weird that science still doesn't know why we need sleep?

There's speculation.

There's hypothesis, but we don't know why mammals need sleep.
