This is number 273, even though I have my garage band file misnamed.

Last week, David did a solo show, and this week I'm doing one, and I'm actually recording this starting anyways at 10 p.m. on a Saturday night, and I've got a jacked-up knee right

now.

Mm-hmm.

And when I say jacked up, I mean, I don't know, I twisted my knee at work today.

And, you know, I'm just not as young as I used to be.

That's really what it comes down to.

Julie says I should be putting ice on it.

She's absolutely right, but I don't know.

I move around too much as I'm doing a podcast, and I think it would be too much of a distraction.

So I'm going to hold off for right now.

And honestly, I'll probably go to bed as soon as I get done recording this and getting it uploaded.

So maybe ice tomorrow, but maybe not because I got to go to a client's tomorrow as part of my non-full-time job.

As I've talked about on the show, oh, by the way, did you notice at the very beginning it said My Mac podcasting network?
