So you, uh, was 10 minutes late start today, and that's because you got caught in some madness today.

Today being Friday, it is September, what is it, 18th, 16th?

16th.

And today's iPhone 7 day.

And I was going to pick up my iPhone 7, and it was crazy.

Was it really crazy?

I had big lines.

Well, the problem was, this is the first, they've just announced that they're going to do the iPhone upgrade program here, which was how I was going to buy my phone.

And there was a big queue of people who want to buy their phone that way.

I had an appointment for half past one. I got there about one o'clock and I saw the line and it turns out that the system that Apple uses for registering that wasn't working. So some people have been there for two and a half hours and hadn't received their phone.

And they were, it looked like they'd had an hour of trying to figure out what to do

and trying to get it working.

And then they decided the best thing to do was to ask people to buy their phones outright

or to put them on reservation until the following evening
