TechFound 212. Thank you. I'm going to be. Hey there guys, it's David Cohen here, one of your regular co-hosts, running a solo show this week for TechFound 212.

As we talked about last week, Tim is traveling. He's off in the wilds of the American West doing his conference thing for work.

So you've just got me this week.

I did briefly look into getting somebody else on the show,

but a couple of people are fairly busy at the moment who I had in mind.

I'm also pretty busy, so I thought it would be easier just to sit down and dash out a solo show.

There's a few things that I want to discuss and share my experiences with, really.

So obviously with just me on here, it's not going to be an awful lot of opinion and debate.

It's just going to be me talking about some stuff I've been doing and my impressions of some

of the technology I've been playing around with.

And hopefully it will feed into discussion with Tim next week as well as obviously next

week we're expecting to discuss the announcements coming from Apple next Monday on the keynote speech for Worldwide

Developers Conference. But that's for next week. So let's talk about this week. I have been

mostly playing with my new Apple Watch. So this arrived last Friday about a week ago as I'm recording to you now. In fact, when I was talking to Tim last week, it had literally just arrived. I had opened the box and nothing more. Opened everything up when my kids got home last week because they wanted to see it. I thought I'd hold it back to let them share the unboxing experience

a bit more personal sticking it on YouTube I thought first things was the box is

really heavy I'm quite a bit larger than I was expecting for such a small device

Apple really has pushed the boat out on the packaging as they always do instead

of cardboard the box the Apple watch comes in as kind of a long white plastic box really does have some heft to it actually and when you open it up there's there's the watch nestling in the top underneath you've got a charger and obviously the yeah the magnetic charger charger that charges the watch and also a USB

mains adapter that you plug that into. Interesting design on this one. I don't know what the American
