understanding good yeah absolutely. So how are things with you over in the Bay Area? I'll take it. You're not snowed in. We could use it down here. We're in the middle of a drought. Really? Oh yeah. This is the, I think they, the driest winter on record since like 1917.

If only you lived near a large body of water.

Oh, hang on a minute.

You know, it's really strange.

We were in, say that we were in Israel not too long ago.

And, you know, the first question I asked the place

we were saying is, can you drink the tap water? And the woman laughed. And I said, why is that so funny?

She goes, you do realize all the water here is desalinated. Yeah. And I went, oh, good point, right? So,

yeah, we need to learn how to do that out here. But then, of course, then we'd have an energy problem. Well, yeah, but you've also got lots of solar energy as well because you're, and in

San Francisco, you got plenty of wind, too.

A lot of wind.

So you'd have thought these things are not insurmountable.
